Residential install questions
Do I need to buy the Christmas lights myself?
No. We provide commercial-grade bulbs and strands and cut them to fit your rooflines. You do not buy, own, or store anything. At the end of the season we take it all back.
How long does a residential install take?
Most homes are done in a single visit, often a few hours. Larger two-stories with long rooflines and lit trees may take a bit longer. We schedule a clear window so you know when to expect us.
When should I book my installation?
The earlier the better. Our best install dates fill up before October. Reaching out in late summer or early fall locks in your spot and your design.
What if a strand falls or a bulb burns out?
Just call. Maintenance is included all season. If anything sags or goes dark, we come back out and fix it at no extra charge.
Do you take the lights down after the holidays?
Yes. After the season we remove everything, then label and store it off site so next year's install is even faster.
